Party FAQ:

 

Do you require a deposit?

 

Yes, a $100 deposit is required to reserve your party time. Deposits are not refundable. 

 

When can we arrive to set up?

 

Three (3) adults may arrive no more than 15 minutes before your party time to begin set-up if necessary. Please note that our team is cleaning and sanitizing the space between each Open Play session/Party. 

 

When do you need a final headcount?

 

We do not require a final headcount until the week of your party. When booking, please select the party size that best reflects your current estimate. You can adjust your final count closer to your event date.

 

Can I bring my own balloons?

 

No, outside balloons are not permitted in our facility. All balloons must be ordered through our approved vendor to ensure safety and consistency within our space. A fee will be applied to your party total if outside balloons are brought in.

 

Can I bring my own food?

 

Outside food and drinks (besides the birthday treat) are NOT permitted for non-private parties. Pizza, snack, and juice/water are included and provided by Ultimate Play Doylestown. You will have the option to add additional pizza, drinks, and snacks during checkout.

 

Private parties are welcome to bring in outside food and drinks.

Please note:

  • All food brought into the facility must be nut-free to ensure the safety of all guests.
  • Alcohol is strictly prohibited at all times.
  • We recommend bringing only what is necessary, as space and time are limited (i.e. you do not need 15 pizzas or 10 cases of water/soda, we promise!) 
  • Any outside items must be cleaned up and removed at the end of your event; failure to do so may result in a cleaning fee. You are in charge of anything you bring.

I want enough food and drinks for the adults too, what can I do? (Non-Private Parties)

 

No outside food or drinks are permitted (including cases of water). You may add on additional pizza, snacks, and drinks from our party add-on menu. If you would like the option to have something other than pizza and your birthday treat, please book a private party. 

 

Can older children participate in parties?

 

For Basic (non-private) Parties: Children must be 6 years old or younger at the time of event.

For Private Parties: Children may be over 6 years old for Private Parties - our usual age limit does not apply.

 

Can I pay for extra adults to attend a non-private party?

 

No, our capacity limits are firm and cannot be adjusted. For non-private parties, each child may have one accompanying adult (not including the birthday child). This policy helps us maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all guests.

 

How far in advance do I need to book?

 

There is no strict booking deadline; however, parties tend to fill up quickly. We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date and time.

Please note that if you are looking to book with less than one month’s notice, availability may be very limited.

 

What does Ultimate Play provide?

 

We provide solid colored table cloths and plates (pizza and cake plates). We also provide napkins, utensils, a cake cutter, a lighter for candles, and a custom TV birthday display. Set-up is included.

 

Can I stay longer after my party ends?

 

Parties must end promptly at the scheduled time to allow for cleaning and prepping for the next session/party. We have a strict schedule to follow on party days to ensure all parties and families receive the same amount of time and attention to detail. Failure to leave at the party's end time may result in a fee. 

 

What is your sock policy?

 

Non-slip socks are required for all children and must be worn at all times in our facility. 

Adults are required to wear socks at all times in our facility. 

SHOES ARE NOT ALLOWED BEYOND THE CHECK-IN AREA. Please plan accordingly. 

 

Can I bring goodie bags?

 

Yes, as long as items are nut-free. Goodie bags must be handed out at the end of the party as guests exit.

 

Can I hire outside entertainment/have a character come?

 

You are permitted to do so, however, it is not recommended. All entertainment must be approved by Ultimate Play Staff before your party.  

 

Are crafts or face painting allowed?

 

No glitter, face paint, craft paint, piñatas, hot plates, etc. - Anything considered messy or a fire hazard will not be permitted under any circumstance.

 

What happens if I need to cancel?

 

Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be accommodated based on availability.
