FAQ
Do I need a reservation?
Reservations are always recommended for guaranteed entry and a quicker check-in experience!
Please note that if you do not have a reservation and we are busy, guests with reservations will be helped first.
Once we hit capacity, entry cannot be guaranteed.
Reservations are required for classes.
I already signed a waiver when I attended a birthday party, do I need to sign it again for Open Play?
Party waivers and Open Play waivers are separate and not interchangeable. All children must have a signed waiver on file before entering Ultimate Play Doylestown, even if they will not be participating in play.
This includes:
- Infants under 6 months old
- Children ages 7 and older
Can my older child attend an Open Play session with my 6 month - 6 year old child?
Children must be 6 years of age or younger to enter the play space for all public events. While our play area is designed exclusively for children ages 6 and under, older siblings (7-17 years) are welcome to accompany their family in the cafe area only. They are not permitted to enter the play space. A signed waiver is required, and a fee of $5.50 applies, as they count toward the facility's total capacity. Thank you for your understanding and for keeping our littlest ones safe.
Our age policy is in place for the safety of all children and is strictly enforced during public events. We kindly ask that all families respect these guidelines, as no exceptions will be made. The only exception is during private parties or events, when age restrictions are lifted. Any other exception must be be expressly approved by ownership or management.
Can I arrive early to beat the line?
Doors will not be open any earlier than the listed time on your ticket. Please plan accordingly.
*On sold-out days, or days with a high number of reservations, we may open our doors 5 minutes early to begin the check-in process if necessary. Please be patient while our team checks guests in, as safety and accuracy are our top priorities.
How do I purchase tickets?
Please refer to our "Book Now" tab. Simply go to the day and time you would like to book, click "book now" and follow the prompts. All reservations must be made online. Waivers MUST be signed before children can enter the gym area. Anyone 0 months - 17 years needs a signed waiver to enter Ultimate Play Doylestown.
Can I get a refund if my child is sick?
We do not offer refunds, but we will give you a credit you can use for another play session whenever you'd like! Please email or call if your child will not be attending a session you reserved a spot for. Credits can only be given by a staff member before the session begins. Credits will not be given once the session is over.
I plan to bring a child under 6 months old, do I need to purchase a ticket?
With the purchase of a sibling ticket, children under 6 months are free. However, we do require a completed waiver for all children in our facility. There will be an option at check-out for a free infant ticket after you add said child to your profile.
Can I bring a child over the posted age to help me supervise other children I have with me?
We have strict age ranges during public events to help maintain a safe and manageable environment for our tiniest guests. No one under the age of 18 (unless a parent or legal guardian) is considered a supervising adult at Ultimate Play Doylestown.
Children age 7 and older are welcome to enter Ultimate Play Doylestown with a signed waiver; however, they are not allowed to enter the play/gym area and must stay in the cafe are. Admission for children 7 and older is $5.50. Thank you for your understanding.
Can I bring outside food?
Small snacks are welcome, provided they are completely nut-free. To help keep our facility clean and enjoyable for all guests, full meals and outside catering are not permitted during public sessions unless expressly authorized by ownership or management.
Are snacks available for purchase?
Yes, we have a snack bar with snack bags and drinks available for purchase. Items range from $1-$3.50.
Do you have wifi?
We do not offer public Wi-Fi. If you plan to work while visiting, please ensure another responsible adult is available to actively supervise your child(ren). Children must be supervised at all times while in the facility.
We don't share pictures on socials, is that a deal breaker for entry?
Not at all. First, we only share stories we are tagged in on socials. If that doesn't work for you and your crew, we kindly ask that you let us know at the front desk at check in. We will put a tag next to your name, which specifies your crew as "no pictures". This lets us know not to share pictures on our stories for the session you attended. Please remind us every time at entry, in case our software changes or we experience a glitch, so we can maintain your privacy standards.
Why do you close between sessions?
We take every step possible to ensure a clean, healthy, safe environment for you and your kiddos! We close for 30 minutes between sessions to sanitize and reset the cafe and gym areas. We appreciate everyone's understanding - thank you for helping to keep our space clean!
Can I bring my stroller?
Strollers are welcome, but they must be kept in the front reception area. Thank you for your understanding.
How many adults are allowed in?
One adult is included per child. We follow strict capacity limits to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests. Additional adults are $5.50 (weekday) and $7.50 (weekend).
