Safety & Supervision:

• Adult Supervision: Supervision by parent/guardian is required at all times, no exceptions. 
   
• Age-Appropriate Equipment: Policy limits the ages of using certain equipment during sessions and parties with posted age ranges. 
   
• No Rough Play: Pushing, running, hitting, or throwing things is prohibited. 
   

Conduct & Etiquette:

• Footwear: Policy requires socks for all parties upon entry. Non-slip socks are required for all children. 
   
• Personal Items: Loose clothing or jewelry needs to be removed before using the equipment. 
   
• Respectful Behavior: Rules emphasize respecting other children and the equipment. 
  • Bullying will not be tolerated.
  • Slide one at a time, feet first. NO CLIMBING UP the slide.
  • No looping limbs in the monkey bars.
  • No flipping on the monkey bars.
  • No toys or soft play items are to enter the play jungle gym.
  • Causing damage to Ultimate Play property is strictly prohibited. 

• Play equipment must be used in a safe and correct manner every single use.
   
• No Food/Beverages: Food and drinks are restricted in the play area, including gum.

Liability & Waivers:

• Waivers: 
  Participants may be required to sign waivers acknowledging the risks associated with using the playground. Entering without a proper waiver being completed is strictly prohibited.

• Ultimate Play Doylestown is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.
